I'm sorry, but that last one is horrific Shlurb!

Oh, pish-posh. I just used the art and the name.

I don't figure flying up to somebody, killing them, and only ever saying "Bang" would do. If you can come up with an equally a unusual name, I'd be happy to use it.

-Edit- That wasn't meant to sound inflammatory. Seriously. I'm open to suggestions.

Having a character take on an alias with a pattern from inspiration is good, having a direct import for the sake of being the import is bad.

Like if your character has a background, and for some reason chose to use Ona as his face, that's kind of okay.

Running around as the character, the same way the character does, with the character's goals, right from other media, is kinda bad.


I think you hit it right if you can distinguish the difference between Ona and your character.

Okay, those are awesome.


Now I'm a person that hates anime, but pictures one - three are well drawn. Picture four is the kind of Anime drawing-style I hate, the OTT, unrealistic kind.

Worse than that, is the fact the stories suck too, but that's a different matter.
