The Helghast court can see that he was 'requesting' this change of allignment. His goal was simply defending his friend in your organisation. HOWEVER, the IND ship had of course attacked your own ship. This shows us something. WHY did they attack you ship. Did they not want your man to assist ours? If that is the case, the even I would suggest moving them to hostile.
