Super, you need to as a pirate, warn a trader by saying "2 mils now" or "drop thy cargo" or somthing. You cannot just kill them. However, what i do think is that this has been blown way out of proportion and I really think we all gotta take a step back on the accusations.
Indeed, i do think super broke the rules. However, the fact that people are leaveing/have left is completely ridiculous, epecially over these mindless insults and incidents.
QV. I was there. I know EXACTLY what happened, and the Admins acted as they should. It is true we were talking over skype, but Korrd was in control and did not show any ill feeling towards super at the time. It is HUMAN, YES HUMAN, to have vendettas. I have one against some idiot called Dale at my school. I F***ing hate that turd. BUT. The admins acted as they should, i feel.

Verg, those faction intentions are not above the server rules. Server rules come first and are final. IND and Helghast are not at war, therefore the traders have to be 'pirated' before death.
No, your absolutly right on that part. Leaving wont solve anything. But it would be extreme satisfying to do so and watcha s everyone scrambles around to clean up the stuff that they have done. It makes me sad and dissapointed the once great community has fallen to this and this and resorted to flames.
And listen, its not really the fact at the admins stepped in and did something, its something they should ahve do! Whats not right is that they trun into their Outcast characters, go blow the **** out of him and they declar hostilities towards us and the HF, BTW the HF guy wasn't even doing anything towards the IND character. After that little show of force, then they turn to thier admin characters.
Why didn't they jsut go straight to teh admins chars and done something? Really, it was stupid of them. And also, this is me taking BOTH sides of the story, sicne you everyone wants me too. If you admins hate this guy so much, why haven't you done anything real? If he broke a rule today, why ahven't you BANNED him like an admin should have? Now, abck to the other side, or is he bribing you or something to keep his ass safe.

WRONG!
The reason why DBoy and Nightfall went on as their Outcast characters is because, in case you havent noticed, the IND make profit for (you guessed it) the Outcasts!
Questionable descision...maybe. However HF Vulture did start fireing on the Outcasts, protecting the Helghast from them. The HF actually did fire on the Outcasts. Hence, Hostile. The reason the IND are hostile to the HF is because a HF earlier (before this incident) helped a Helghast pirate an IND trader. So in fact, you dont actually know what your talking about.
Korrd came on as his Admin char straight away. Nightfall got disconnected before he could switch to his admin character (pretty bad internet in East europe(no its not bullcrap)) so he missed out on quite alot.

You defeated your own arguement there. You want him to not be banned, then you say the admins are biased so they should have banned him. The fact that he hasnt been banned means your arguement has failed. Do you really think admins could be bribed with anything less than real money? I dont think so. FL money is nil. How the F*** do you justify wild accusations such as bribery. This is why the situation has degenerated.
