So yea, I started a new campaign. Got into dust, and was in the process of blowing up the Catharsis Point Wind Farm when I found something I'd never seen there before: A combat walker. My first encounter with them was in Eos in my previous game, and I had a lotta fun.

So I blew up /everything/ with it.... then I ran away. On red, I encounter a tank. I had lost the walker, so I thought "what the hell!" and took out my arc welder. Zapped the man with my last clip, stole the tank, and drove straight into the EDF base around Dust Town Hall, blew up the Town Hall and the guard towers.

All in all: ~50-100 EDF vehicles blown up. A lot more grunts killed. Two high importance targets down and two medium importance targets. Then I went to the safe house, didn't die.

This made me almost as happy as that one mission with the heavy walker. Only time I've ever gotten one.

I'm trying to decide whether to obtain it by totally legal means or not...
It should run okay on low graphics... But a singlecore 3.5 is rather bitchy:D

Obtain it legally, and support the studio, because I really want to see another. The story is meh, but it allows you to blow up enormous bridges with a hammer, so it's justifiable.

Well that's the thing, I wanna make sure it runs okay before I fork out eighty odd AUD for it. If I find it worth the money, I'll end up getting a legit copy (Like I did with FL)

If you ever get to the Badlands, the bridge is a good challenge the first time around, especially on higher difficulties. Figuring out how to destroy it without the debris killing you as you fall is fun.

Here's a tip for the above.

Don't stand on the piece you are hammering off the bridge.

Works a charm:lol:

Yeah, I love this game.
The last time I played it was like in Decemeber or something, I think I'll start a new campaign.
The story isn't great, but anything that lets you topple entire buildings is great.:D

I also like to do that.

Yeah, it took me awhile to destroy that bridge.
Was funny watching vehicles drive off the gap on the bridge though.
