It actually wasn't very bad once they cleaned their act up.
It was pretty cool, if you open your mind and stop saying "OMG NEW THING I HAET KILL."
And yes, I do lead the Ghostbusters, but it's not because we're "purging the server of OoRP lolwut capwhores." I've actually had a lot of fun RP with these guys in the past as my Ghostbuster, and I hope that the trend will continue.
I just got a bad taste in my mouth, followed by bitter memories of 'SOULS!' Pew pew. In Alpha. With Osirises. Against Zoners. Neutral to the Outcast NPCs. And then you docked the Corsair base in Eta.
' Wrote://I bought the ship with Order Gurad rep. i was in Gamma doing missions when in (oorp) a zoner member asked me if i wanted to come to theta to RP a lil, i was like " ok " went there blaa blaa blaa had like 11 ships circling me, picked a soul to take (best i could find Burns should be happy) some more RPing then pew pew i kill no one and everyone killed me. all in all Good Times :yahoo:
Sir i hope that explains it.
That's not 'quality roleplay', that's 'I want PvP, PEW PEW!'
I give it a week before the admins slap you down. You've already gotten two steps into it by randomly attacking a Zoner without roleplay, and by doing so with an Order ID, with Corsair IFF, in an Osiris.
Applesauce, Tundra! You've gone and trashed our new lawnmower! Now I have to get a replacement!

As a Corsair myself, and as one who has encountered these fellows before, my official stance is one of the following:
...
Quite frankly, I've seen little RP from you, and it seems repetitive. I suggest working on it, perhaps detailing it more. That and...you should not dock on any bases...at all...ever. When you die you can undock after restocking but no docking. Why would a Ghost Ship dock on a Corsair base? We'd sooner barbeque you than let you use our facilities as a member of the undread [bad pun intended].
Since this is Disco, where we have systems 40K across, James T. Kirk arguing with Anakin Skywalker, a police chief that is superior to Chuck Norris, and enough Gebs to create a line from Toledo to New York, I daresay almost anything goes. You just need to do it right.
That's my suggestion. I also might suggest adding a bit more creepiness to it. Make your Ghost ship ominous and disturbing when it shows up on others' scanners. Maybe play recordings of past ship logs at random, perhaps some of them containing the deaths of the crew themselves?
Creativity. You've got it, so use it.
That is all.

P.S. Blame something other than Zelot for my random post of the week here.
