If I could change one thing... I would completely delete the map and start again. I would make each house one massive system only with several sectors with resemblance to the existing systems. The systems would have inter-system jumpholes to speed up travel between sectors, and each system would be treated as a complete solar system with a central sun. Each of the main systems would be linked by series of smaller sectors such as the independant/border worlds we have. Better to have a few players scattered across a few maps than a few players scattered across heaps.

I would like to see more fighting between unlawful groups. For example, right now Liberty Rogues are allied with Lane Hackers. Yet what would happen if Liberty Rogues became their bitter enemies, so much so, that they would much rather fight them then the lawfuls? What side would a lawful take, if he encountered such a battle taking place? In reality, gangs spend much more time fighting with each other in turf wars, then they ever do with the Law. This would create a deeper rp environment in my opinion, much closer to reality.
The Liberty Rogues actually have some occasionally... violent relations with Outcasts in Liberty, and come to blows very often over the issues of territory and whatnot - despite being "allies."
