part 3 was the best, in my opinion.
but i didn't get the name from there. i got it from the german legend of the Nibelungen
Fafnir/Fafner (gotta decide on the way i'll write it yet, both are possible) was a powerful dragon. siegfried, the hero of the legend killed him and bathed in his blood to become invincible. but a maple leaf fell on his back without him realising it, so that this point on his body was still vulnerable....
and from there, it's a story of betrayal with no happy ending...

EDIT: by the way, i'm still trying to find a better loadout for my bomber
when hylden, denelo and myself did that RP with the ven'gyr, it became obvious that nova guns do serious damage to BS hulls. their shields are too strong, however. i can't switch to infernos for obvious reasons, but i'd replace the cannonballs.
are there any good weapons against shields? prototype maybe? i'm thinking of something like stunpulse, just a higher level. i have 4 level 10 gun/missile slots, so that shouldn't be a problem.
the best anti-shield missile i found dealt as much shield damage as the cannon ball did:(

ooc: All HF should make an xfire account, and join the xfire group i have set up for us.
Xfire is a game/chat utility, that most of Discovery uses. You can launch games from it, and directly connect to a server. It has a voice chat function, and a great way to talk without being in-game or on messenger.
Guys, this won't give you any viruses, and typically uses about 40 mb of RAM. You can talk in-game with it, and it makes stuff a whole lot easier.
