Background Information: Walter is the third child in the Steiner family. He borned in Liberty, he is the 4th generation of this emigrated family. They are just one from the many who left Rheinland after the government bankrupted. Steiners bothered rose breeding in Stuttgart Planet all the time, and luckily they could continue this in their new home.

When he was 5, the family settled down on Planet Manhattan, because their plants was very popular there. The roses flourished on the new planet so the business too. The childhood was over at 802 A. S. A pocket new plant awaited from Stuttgart and the little Walter was at the Spaceport with the represent of Steiner Co. when the transport arrived. Somethings happened during the landing procedure and the transport crashed the ground. Walter seriusly injured, his face and his body burned heavily. He alived but his wounds remained on his skin and the plastic surgeons cant erase these. Finally he made a lot of tattoo so hide the terrible wounds on his face.

Soon after this, he must face a more serious problem. Until he can hide his wounds, he cant do this with his origin. Walter never liked the flowers too much so when he was 20, he signed up to Liberty Navy. On the Academy he met discrimination. He was "the rheinlander" there, not just his peers but his teachers hate him for his origin. For it - after a year - he needed leaving West Point. AT this time the conflicts between Rheinland and Liberty start to come to surface. Walter tried a lot of thing for a year, after he left the academy, but with his face and his origin, nowhere needed. Finally he took contact the remained relatives in Rheinland and he returned to Vaterland.

He thought he finally at home. Because he liked the life style in the academy signed up to Military. The peers was almost same but now he was "the libertonian". Luckily he, as outlander, knew a lot about the things out of Rheinland border so he faced not just dislike but curiosity too. His tales and stories was new for the others, so slowly they accepted him. He tried to keep the contact with his parents in Liberty but after a time he didn't get permission to enter Liberty Space.
Because he finished the final exams, he reporting for active service.

Basic Personality Traits:
Medical advice: The subject physically is fine. He dont have any organic lesion. The blood and urine tests dont show any illegal or not allowed materials. The accomplished succesfully all the physic tests. Appropriate for active service.

Psychological advice: His personality of course injured because of the childhood wounds and of the discrimination. These caused moderate serious depression but finally he became stronger person. This kind person, who was under pressure, do well on the battlefields, so appropriate for active service.

Buro of Marineintelligenz advise: The MND keep his eye on all foreigner, who work for the government. Herr Steiner loyal for Rheinland. He has some strange political ideology, but it come from his origin. Liberty couldn't touched him deeply, thank for the suffered discrimination. He turn better understanding for the bundschuh ideology than normal, but his loyality enough strong, he will not betray Rheinland. Appropriate for active service.

Report: Yesterday I finally got my wings. I finished all my exam and I got my duty roster. I just headed to Braunschweig system from Stuttgart, for taking over my appointment. I just arrived Dortmund station when I saw an Ageira transport just took of from that ALG base. It was full with Terraforming Gases. I was fully surprised, an Ageira here and it made peaceful contract? Because I wasn't duty yet, I just made some records about it, for future investigation.


On my first flight I was ordered to Omega-7. When I reached Omega-3 Jump Gate I met a Falcata Bomber what wasnt too friendly with the locals. The pilot's name was Dustin Ledman. The Jump Gate automatic system identified as hostile spacecraft, like the local civilians.

This bomber just shot out everyone what was close. I ordered him for cease fire, because my duty protecting the civilians. Of course he dont listened to me so I opened fire. This bomber, when he realized he dont had any chance turned on his cruiser engine and ran to the gate. Sadly the automatic system work for any request so he jumped to Omega-3 system. I dont followed because I dont had Cruise Distrubtor. Meanwhile an incident happened between IMG and Daumann, I wanted looking after it. I found them between Stuttgart Gate and Freistadt, close to the Trade Lane. Oh my.... that IMG was a battlecruiser. I dont know it was a rouge Battlecruiser or IMG start operatons against rheinlanders, whatever. THIS ship is a real danger, its captain enemy of rheinlanders. It made a political proclamation, Omega-7 is IMG space. HAHAHA When owned a Guild more than his own base or ship? Anyhow I left the area and made a report about it as soon as possible was. RNC-Wuerttemberg was close, it heared my warning about this hostile IMG battlecruiser. Then I docked on Ulm, because my duty was over on this day. Here are my records about the discuss:

After I took off and went into Omega 7 for a normal patrol route, I got an emergency call from our civilians. Daumann workers was on trouble, a hessian gunboat and a VHF shot them and they hadnt a real weapon what they could turning against the enemy. Of course I rushed the battlefield and made all what I could. Luckily in time a usefull back-up arrived.

Today I launched from Briesen where I landed for rearm and refuel. As soon as I took off, just saw a non-rheinland vessel in Daumann mining area. Because the miners are my friends, I promised them I keep my eyes on their field. This is Rheinland State interest too. The foreign vessel was a ZoE mining ship, he somehow started operating on southern field but he can mining only at North. He was a pure ore thief but I dont wanted too much trouble with Zoners - as RMHC order say - and because he co-operated with me, I let him go north and not destroyed this mining ship.

Today I made patrol in Stuttgart system. I catched a DSE transport which delivered VIP persons. Its clearly violation the embargo. I stopped him at Freiburg Station. He started playing a dumb but my back-up a BHG| Orca, named Mary Poppins helped so finally he co-operated. I ordered this DSE how dock on Freiburg and leave the "living cargo" there, then took off and left Rheinland.

Today I just refuelled on Planet Stuttgart when the Centre got a message from Briesen. They got an open radio signal, about a hessian in Omega 7 system. As soon as I was ready to fly I took off. Sadly I awaited too long, this criminal traveled into New Berlin. I tracked him there. Luckily he used open channel for his radio speech and he already discussed with a Central Force patrol member. Damn I thought I lost him, the Flieger will be faster. I catched them at the Berlin Planet. The Flieger dont really wanted fighting with this criminal, so he felt he can shooting civilians freely. I know New Berlin defence not my normal duty, but I can't let those civilians in trouble, so because Central Force member didnt do anything I engaged the enemy.

After I reloaded and refueled on Planet Berlin I headed back to Stuttgart. At Brandenburg Borde Station I catched a BowEx smuggler who delivered counterfeit software. I ordered him to dock on Brandenburg and load out the cargo. Because the area wasn't on my normal patrol route, I let him go after he co-operated.

Today I just returned from Braunschweig - where we made some weapon test in earlier day - into Stuttgart. At Berlin Gate in Stuttgart I shot out some LWB rookie when a pirate transport arrived into the system. A fast scan showed me some captured LWB pilots on his cargo hold so I thought its fine, but some seconds later this vessel started shooting civilians. I ordered him stop this, and started following him, I wanted escorting him out from the system. He wasn't so kind with me and he just searched a place for ambush. He thought his Pirate transport with an extra strong capital armour 8 and a swarm of hessians is more than enough against me. He thought wrong....

Finally he left the system and I let him alive. Maybe he will tell his story to other pirates and they think twice what are they doing if they meet a WRF fighter, especially from Immelmann squadron....

Today I was in Stuttgart system and watched the traffic at Planet Stuttgart. Seems like Interspace think about that they are above laws. Just two ship from this corporation tried passing trough at my watchpoint, with illegal cargo. Of course I stopped them. The 1st delivered Military Vehicles, what is - of course - forbidden to them.



Luckily these transport captain don't tried to be hero, so he dropped out the illegal cargo.









Seemed like he was so desperate how he lost the cargo how he drove the transport to the planet. Another one just tried to run away at this moment. I switched on my cruise engine and catched him between Stuttgart and Baden-Baden. He delivered Mining Machinery. I thought I don't destroy this goods but help to our civilians in Omega systems. I escorted this IC vessel to Solarius. He docked and took off empty cargo. I warned him the embargo and limits.

Soon after my previous report I started my second route today. Some extra work for extra payment. I took again my watching position at Stuttgart planet. A rookie libertonian navy pilot arrived, seemed like he was lost. I tried investigate why he is there but he ignored me so I needed destroy his ship. We can't let libertonians flying freely in our home.





With this I accomplished the requirements for the next rank.

Today me and Alpha-3 was on duty, we just followed a criminal into New Berlin. Seems like the Central Forces and Police dont make a good job, we met a lot of criminals. Im serious when I say the situation is almost as bad as in Omegas. We met a corsair related pirate bomber who left the area when we showed up, we got report about ahessian too, and we met our "lost nations" member, a wilde ran into my arms at Brandenburg.



A short fight, then he ran away, when he realized we are not from the soft Central Forces, but we are from the West Rheinland Fleet!
