Keep an eye on these "Division 9" folk that are hanging around Barrier Gate. Make sure they understand our rules while in system while we are around. If they resist...
...destroy them.

I don't think they're working for the Liberty forces... I've seen them pirating at the Cortez hole... we might want a cut of their profits, but I'll leave that to you.
If I'm wrong, though... I'll be sure to give them a message they won't soon forget.

If they are going to give us a cut of their profits under the table, I see no reason to not let them remain there, as long as they do not interfere with our own business or they do not count towards the blanket bounties by other criminal empires.
If they resist, you give them our message and let them know to never return to Coronado or face extinction. I don't like letting lawful scum in our system, but credits are credits, and if they are giving us a cut, then they can remain.
I leave this in your capable hands, Petrov. Do not fail me.

To all currently active men and women of the Children of Conviction,
I want you to keep an eye on our new "friends" in the system. They're tag is [9]. I am currently digging deep into our informants to try and find out where they came from. It appears they came into Coronado, seemingly overnight, and their "leader", says that he works for someone who is not "happy" with the current situation in this sector of space.
That's not something I enjoy hearing, certainly not when they seem to not like smugglers much. That just seems fishy to me.
Keep a very close eye on our friends. Look for anything strange. Anything out of the ordinary that normally occurs in Coronado. Our plans to take the system will not be effected by this group. If they slip up, if they get in our business when they promised not to, if they even cough wrong when we're in the system, I want them to be slag.
Understood?

Well, I took a little trip up through Baffin to Tau-23 today. On the way, there was one of those Nomad Morphs sitting near the star in 29. Cute little thing. Had a chat with it for a while before I decided I should leave it alone for the sake of my intact brain. Cute, yet very scary. Maybe I'll see another one on the way back.
Well, I jumped to Tau-23 and flew to Cali Base to get a drink and have a shower. Did you know they have really clean showers there? They're actually quite fancy too. Lots of different kinds of soap. Those cardi addicts sure know how to make a place feel like home.
I think I'm going to launch and head up to where the Outcasts call home and the BHG roam (and the deer and the antelope play) for a quick visit. Maybe the drinks there will come with a free "here's where the hunters are, go shoot them".
Also, Keller, got the message about the [9] guys. I'll keep an eye on them when I get back.

Headed out to the Taus to work on the latest contract. I got sidetracked in Kyushu, but I think I've earned us some grace from the Golden C. One of them paid me 200k to take out a KNF bomber, so I did.

Treewyrm Wrote:all in all the conclusion is that disco doesn't need antagonist factions, it doesn't need phantoms, it doesn't need nomads, it doesn't need coalition and it doesn't need many other things, no AIs, the game is hijacked by morons to confuse the game with their dickwaving generic competition games mixed up with troll-of-the-day.
Be on the look out for strange alien vessels in the Tau's. They are not Nomad, they are something else. Their language is not like anything our translators can pick up, but they do not seem hostile, yet. I was buzzed by two of their ships at high speed while crossing through the Tau's earlier this morning. If attacked, fight back, but if they buzz your ship, leave them be.
They may be AI drones, if discovered as so, destroy them. We don't need another Nemesis running around. If they turn out to be alien, leave them be unless attacked.

Today has been quite eventful out here in the Omicrons. I came out through the Omega systems to Omicron Theta to purchase a set of codename prototypes from a nice weapons dealer at Freeport 9. His callsign was [Omicron]Weapons_Dealer. I suggest him to all CoC members.
Shortly after I purchased the weapons (two IRON HAMMERs and two THOR'S HAMMERs), a wing of fighters and bombers from The Cincinnatus Guard showed up. After having a nice little chat with them, a strange Osiris-class ship with no transponder colours showed up and proceeded to fire on the Freeport. I proceeded to assist the TCG wing in attacking the "Ghost Ship", and we drove it back to Omicron Eta. I'm not sure if I like the TCG pilots, though. They're pretty silent and not very good at strategic bombing. Their Nova torpedoes kept hitting the Osiris' shield and doing no damage. Ah well. At least we won. Attached are two guncam photos from the fight. I think you'll like them.
Also, I have a spare JADE in my hold. If anyone wants it, I'll probably have it put on the Sacrilegious.
Cheers.
