From valuable source i know, that low ranked members of SCRA cannot enter Wilde systems, or at least not without permission of SCRA member with higher rank.

Is my knowledge about SCRA rank system wrong?

Edit: Screen has been taken in Omega-55 system near Omega-58 hole.

Someone explained your recruitment is not open but that is okay, i want my person to be coalition though, a doctor, can I roleplay coalition doctor even though it's not open?
I want to make a story about him and someone said you would shoot me if i went into coalition space, that is okay, I will stay away in the game, can I write stories though?

You can, however, try and apply for a Coalition Visa at the channel above. There is no guarantee of you getting one (and a high probability of not getting one), but you can always try.

If so, the answer is a no.

Wait for recruitment to open in the future and apply like everyone else.
