would look strange. BUt with some good textures it might prove good... OFC we DO need to put the USI logo on there since well. It's practically their base anyway.
Sorry for the lack of good feedback with my previous post, Luis. I was very busy last night. I realise criticism is very seldom useful without being constructive.
Essentially, I'd say what what Igiss said. Trenton is one of the more distinctive stations in Freelacer, what with its long shape and multiple docking pods close to Manhattan's atmosphere. It's a shipping depot first and foremost, and it's going to be long with at least several docking points for the Universal transports that come and go, taking basic supplies to all stations in Liberty.
I was thinking that this model might fit Canterbury Station - which is Planetform's corporate headquarters. It's not one of their main operating bases, and it might end up looking something like this. (It actually already does, to an extent, given that it's the West Point-style station model at the moment.)

The model is good.
But I'll second Sprolf on this one not fitting Trenton. I believed you were going to expand Trenton with new objects or maybe a custom model that would build upon the existing basis. But that doesn't seem to be the case.
Concept of Trenton is to be a prolonged narrow medium-sized station on the orbit that can be docked only from one side. This model in particular needs a lot of space around it, and it certainly cannot replace Trenton where it is (undockable from the side of the planet) or next to Trenton (will get on the way of ships going from Manhattan to Bush). It will need to be moved farther away from the planet. Which means we don't need to get rid of original Trenton, which I personally find a good thing.
Also, the model itself. It does look FL-ish mainly due to the lower part that looks like an Outpost component. Question is, does it match Outpost in size? Then this station is actually smaller than existing Trenton. If it's not, then... well, guess we need to see the textures.
Size comparison with Trenton model would also be appreciated.
Generally, my opinion is that we shouldn't replace Trenton with anything not-Vanilla like. If we expand it, we build the expansion from the components we have, or create a custom model that's close to those component. This particular station would look nicer on the orbit of another Liberty planet, Denver, Houston or LA.
you know when you're going through okinawa from the GMG or kishiro station there? and that damn interspace station gets in the way? and you have to exit your autopilot to get around it?
or in ontario? when traveling from the JH from colorado to the lanes, and then bam! smack into toronto.
a station that large, in the most heavily trafficked system would kinda be an inconvenience.
it could be dropped off the plane? but yeah, it's tooo big to be trenton as we know it.
