[font=Comic Sans Ms]Alvin, thank you. While I personally have no interest in playing as a coalition pilot, I know that there are many who do, and want the opportunity to at least try, without the commitment that goes with applying as an official.
Interesting. I always wanted to try the SCRA LF. I'll read up on the Coalition/SCRA before then and see if I can't get one of my Angel characters moved down to O-52 soon - I have a feeling that it's going to be needed, to say it like that.
Perhaps a Skype chat a bit like the one the Keepers had (have?) for Morphs/independents would be a good idea to set up when the time comes, so the newcomers have a place to discuss and ask questions related to the SCRA/Coalition outside the game?
Is there a quick shortened version of Coalition history and a summary of events (civil war etc.) of the past few in-game-years?
I've yet to read all that wiki offers, but it seems it concentrates on a bit further past.
So, yeah, "Coalition for the Dummies" would be greatly appreciated.

Their faction status covers that.
And this is gonna be such a pain in the ass for the Corsairs. :P
A registry is a mistake; it will become too large and cumbersome to manage properly, and it doesn't serve a real purpose anyway, unless you thought of something new that hasn't been tried yet. That's my experience from the Liberty cap registry, but maybe there will be less volume for the coalition.
And to prove my point, I shall make a destroyer and not register! If only I had the credits...
Yet, I dont think you could shoot anyone for not registering.
I was under the impression that most of the closed IDs were getting opened up?
