' Wrote:Anyway. People say "Don't go to Liberty" ... Invalid argument. The game is, more or less, centered around Liberty. No matter what you do, you have to go trough Liberty at least (with exceptions of course), also if you don't go to Liberty, you may spend hours without even meeting anyone, which is... well. Not good. Is Liberty exception in rules? Wasn't that just on system beginning with letter C?
Of course, Liberty is screwd up right now. There is blanket bounty on just... everyone. Good way to make it more PvP, less RP and lure every roflcopter from Sirius looking for money.
The downside of not hanging in Liberty is less player interactions. The upside of not hanging in Liberty is that more of those interactions will be positive. More people =/= more fun. And the game is in no way centered around Liberty. Only the players are. It is never necessary to travel through New York, or any other part of Liberty. Liberty is, at best, a simple travel convenience. Even then, its only convenient if you start in Liberty or a nearly adjacent system. You can roleplay perfectly well in other parts of Sirius, people.
I have, in my entire time here at Disco, never had any trouble with mercenaries. I've also never been bountied. And I spend, at most, 30 minutes a month in Liberty. Oh, yay, there seems to be a direct correlation in my data. Here's a graph to illustrate this:

Well, then. Carry on.
You don't get the point. Liberty is part of the server as well. The server is supposed to be RP. Maybe we should try to do something about it instead of using that stupid QQ smiley like kids on some chat and trying to provoke others with it?
Repeating "Don't got to Liberty omg Q_Q moar omgf" is really cool and all, but it get's old. I can't even decide, whether it stands for "It's hopeless, just ignore it" or more like "I like PvP g to hell".
Time for new solutions. It was kinda nice, when people weren't healing complexes around here, but guess the WoW had to come to us as well.
I buy things I don't want to make an impression on people I don't like.
' Wrote:Note: When you swich from thread to thread and post "OMG Q_Q more omg" you are not helping anything, nor it makes you looks cool and wise. Just annoying. Like fly that circles around your head while you are trying to eat lunch outside. That sort of annoying. .
People don't intend to help, just make fun out of Q_Q so to install the feeling of uslessness of Q_Qing.

There are differences tho. Like critique and whining. Or new ideas and wnining. Improvement and whining.
X killed me and it was sooo unfair because... I couldn't kill Y because those guns of faction Z are so... That is whinning.
When it comes to Liberty tho, it's on the edge. It's not about who killed whom, more about the common idea around. Of course, you can go around and report people breaking rules there. You'll get at least 3 reports in hour, even if you're not looking for trouble. Does it solve anything? Hardly. When anyone mentions there's a problem, someone rushes in to say "Q_Q", "Learn to PvP" or "Don't go to Liberty". Does that solve anything? Again, hardly. Just attempt to launch a firefight.
Personally, I don't care about being killed, it's just about how and why. There, "I want to PvP" is most used, yet most invalid reason. ... Or, for god's sake, let's stop acting like RP server, and rename it to PvP.
I buy things I don't want to make an impression on people I don't like.
Elvin has some good points, Liberty is part of the server.
And for people who think I'm Q_Q I don't do that, Like Elvin, I don't mind being killed. It happens, even if you did good RP, someone always dies in the end. And for the people who continuously say " Omg, I got killed by a Merc im going to Q_Q " I didn't die. ^^ .
And as the Bob kitten dude said : " Liberty isn't as mad as it sounds " - I agree, all my RP charaters are based somewhere around Liberty, duely because, alot of people are around, and most of those players can RP. Like the .:J:. , I always see them in Liberty. It's just a matter of finding the right people to RP with.
On another note, most of community think that the Hunters has RP'd there part. I must say, that is the most useless RP I have ever seen. RP takes two people ? Or does it ? What I've seen, RP needs one and only one person to RP. " Bounty - Head - Money " abnd thats it. Hunter RP done, not giving chance to allow anyone to replie quick enough, I mean when I started typing my last thing - I rushed it. On the screens you can see I put " / l Zack: show me the papers " a typo, yes, but only because i was been rushed. I was typing and by the time i actually typed it properly, My shield was down, and half my hull was gone... Yeahhhhhhh
