... that is odd, I'd go in-game to confirm this, but there's an issue with that :((although I may jump on another server just to see).

EDIT: Although according to the wiki it's a frozen, barren planet anyway, no point in fighting for it.

I have no doubts this will be an easy question (I have an answer in mind already), but what differences will there be in the activities undergone by the [LMC] as opposed to your average Joe in the Navy? "There won't be any" is a perfectly valid answer, by the way.

Yeah, I just read what I needed to read and put the pieces together. Well on second thought, that would be a great possible RP experience for the LMC.

As for ideas concerning the LMC; one of the event I had in mind consisted of a land battle on Atka (I think?) between the RM and the LMC for territorial control.

If I recall my Vanilla Freelancer, the Hudson system was property of Rhienland. Liberty was trying to buy the Hudson system and terreform the planet for Colonist expansion.

I would heartily argree on operating in the Texas system, but lets toss in the Hudson, New Hampshire, Quebec, and the Minnesota (Pending KoF approval) system also. New Hampshire borders on the RM guard system, so I would imagine there is intense fighting there. Bering is a border world system, the only Lawful station in Bering is Freeport 2. I am sure something goes on in there.

Heck you could establish a forward base on Houston, Practice drops on the planets in the other systems, and make a real go of this. Forward bases need resupply, so lots of convoys. Heck, it could be one hell of an event just getting the detachment to Houston. The RM could catch wind of the movement and give you all a real welcome. Let your imagination run wild and co ordinate with other factions and groups.

I would Imagine the AU, RH, and RM would love to have someone new to shoot at.

my ship can help in the roleplay events with the invasion pratices and such she was originally built to "beachhead" planets with her 3 sisterships(one EW one Troopship(with more firepower then the jima and stronger armor) and one Logisticocal ship iiwo was the jack of all trades tho is more of a command ship)
