Someone has edited this and what was wrong with it before and why move the descriptions of the high command to the bottom?

You can check the history (very top area of the page) to see who edited it. In this case it was n00bl3t, PM him to sort it out I guess.

I moved it because it was messy and unprofessional. (I intend to include it in other bits, or delete it altogether.)

There is a rumours section, it can go in there. There are also character pages, it can also go in there.

The page is for the player faction.

Messy and unprofessional? I resent that comment, I had the collaboration of many people and I think its fine as it is.

Also deleting the entry wouldn't be a nice thing to do, I spent ages working on it.

Both are wanted for treason and possible links with the Order. Any information about their whereabouts should be reported to the Internal Affairs department of the LSF.

Recent Developments

Called back into active service by Order Command, Jun'Ko now flies her old Nomad War fighter, an Executioner, retrofitted with modern Order technology. She serves primarily as a recon Agent, rarely if ever going into combat. Monitoring Nomad movement is her primary assignment, as well as foraying House space and their borders for Nomad activity. She is loathe to return to Liberty, as her departure was swift and informal. She does not expect a warm welcome for returning to their enemies' side.
