Pirates have plagued the avenues of Dublin for too long, With very little House Portection, Miners hire Mercenaries to escort them on a regurlar basis. With this I am Proposing the Idea of a Mercenary Company Funded by Miners of Dublin to Patrol Dublin and give a good avenue of escort pilots.

I do have a Business Plan for the Idea. And have found that the Idea will be of use.

Mercenaries who are interested please contact me via this Board.

Miners and Mining Factions whom use the Dublin System Please Contact me Via my neural net for further Information.

All Successful Mercenaries will be prescreened do to requirements.

Kind Regards to all.

Mercenary Flight pilot Davis Williams, soon to be Flight Commander

Y'know there's an armistice between Bretonia and the Mollys right?
The only pirates that are in Dublin ought to be Bucs, Outcasts and the Corsairs.

All save the Bucs tend to get their asses kicked out by the Mollys.

In all, to be the most effective, make a Molly character and offer to protect miners for a cost.

Well, Mollies can hire some mercs to destroy BMM in Dublin, without direct contact with BAF. Why not?

Plus the Kusari may get too much spare change and hire someone to kill any bretonian (counting mollies) in dublin ....

Still I say the funniest solution Ive seen was from a Jokers Thug.........

Samura and BMM mining ships were mining side by side.....

thugs show up, tell em to fight eachother, winner keeps the gold.

Mercenaries will be able to protect anyone who is being Lawfull whilst in the Dublin system. And not be affiliated with any House.

I am personnally Affiliated with Interspace Commerce, and commercially it is a high risk mining in the Dublin system.

The Dublin Mercenary Patrol (I may change the last part of the name), will be not affiliated to any House. We will be looking after the interests of all mining operations with in Dublin, Whilst taking any other jobs we may be able to take outside of the system.

Dublin is a Molly system though. So if the miners are funding it, then they would want protection from the Mollies. So that would cause more trouble from the Mollies who in reality would be defending their system from the coorporate miners.. Ohh, that's what they are doing anyways.

Sounds pretty complex to manage. Being you dont want to be house related. Mollies don't like coorporate miners, Independent miners might get some slack. Coorporations like BMM are backed up by the BAF. Sumura and BMM have issues there, both backed by houses again.

So as another already stated, the only real pirates in system would be Outcasts, Corsairs and Buccs. For trying to not get involved with the major houses, they are really inter mingled in Dublin one way or another.

The Mandalorian Mercenary's get paid to kill pirates in Dublin, but they spend more time else where fighting. If you see one of them you could probably call on them to come for a pirate, they'll come for the bounty if their not too far away. Also bounty hunters are there alot, if you offer them a bounty on the spot, they'll come. Finally there's Able's Aces, they are mercenary's that work in Bretonia and Rhineland. They spend more time in the Omega's because they've worked a deal with Dauman. These groups won't sit around and guard you, but if call on them and offer them something on the spot.. they should show up.

The real problem is with the miners.. they are making the money. They don't want to pay for some protection if there is no threat present. If they wanted they can pay for escorts. BMM has fighters there when pirates show up the mining ships go away and different combat ships appear. So really the miner's should pay for some escorts to sit with them or patrol around the field they are in to give some warning about a pirates presence nearby.

In my time there I have barely seen many Bounty Hunters let alone any mercenary factions. I have seen miners tending to use freelancers for escort duties.

This could be very interesting to do. But it will depend on where the funding is coming from. If both BMM and Samura ended up funding this operation, I would become a law enforcement officer. splitting up any fights as I have to be neutral to both in relation to them.

Any Miners who are interested in funding this venture, please contact me soon.

I am currently planning on making my first patrol on thursday however if it does not go ahead this will be due to funding.

Honestly I don't see many perspectives for that faction. Dublin is too crowed Corsairs, Outcasts , BMM, Samura , BAF ,Mollies ,BHG ,and many independent pirates and freelancers. Keeping neutrality will be hard in that case. Mollies with outcasts actually hold fire with BAF and join fighting kusarians and corsairs. You can't work just for lawfulness and justice . You must choose kusari or bretonia.

Escorts are only worth in rp reasons. Sometimes they're more expensive than dealing with pirates and less effective.

Thats only my point of view .If you really want check it out how is it in game you can do it. Feel free.

I am afraid it will end up being down to whom pays. If BMM pay and a few independant miners then we can force samura out. And I have had a few miners like the idea, though it will depend on the contracts with mining factions and/or independant miners.

And to be honest I have not seen it crowded, it is fairly quiet compared to New York.

After substantial support I am afraid at this time I will not be going ahead with this Business.
