Open Coalition ID

There will be a formal announcement soon enough concerning it, and the resulting id changes that will be in place on the id will be announced as soon as the Admins are ready.

I am posting this here as a primer to announce that later this week a /restart Coalition command, and the ID will be available across the server.

Members of the SCRA will be standing by to help new players get used to Coalition Roleplay, and I hope that everyone here will be patient with potential new Coalitioners running around.

If there are problems, contact me directly and I will do my best to resolve them.

Also, all inde gunboats/destroyers are required to register in the Capital ship registry, so that there is a clear track on who is who.

Good luck to all our new indie Coalitioners, and I hope that this will be a promising and exciting change to 4.86
