Yeah I noticed that Shadow as I posted it. Will fix it once that Picture is done. I made a new Version including Text, I removed that Grunge in the green Area and added Scratches. I need to know how I can make a better Crack. I actually wanted it to be like a shiny Thing that dropped and got those Scratches and the Crack.

I don't like the buttoned effect, but I think it's interesting:)

The scratches, I personally thinks it looks cludded.. The crack yes, the scratches no. It destroys the rest.

I'll try to come up with something better tomorrow. Oh and it is actually a Squid. xD I'd love to separate the broken Piece from the bigger Part. I just have find out how. More messing around, yeah the scratches were bugging me a bit. I hope I can find something better for those as well.

Looks great. About separating the pieces, can't you just cut out the smaller piece and move it a bit away? Or smth like that, dunno...

I really, really like that, the ship renders blend in seamlessly with the background there.

Did you render all those ships in once scene or individually? I'd really like to know how you got it all to blend so well together as well, very nice!
