Hmm, positions are good now, but it would be better if you can point out logo and all text a bit more, aswell as station and miner.

Station and ship renders are cool, but it's a bit to crowded.
Text at bottom looks good, ships and logo look like they are randomly piled on though, if you could arrange them in some order, and if possible some other background, with similar colors but not nebula like this one.
I hope it's not to much whining, for both of you.

Also, anyone else will try something? I will keep this open day or two.

Hmm, Oldum, I changed my mind, can you make logo and text bit larger, so it's main subject on banner, and it kinda pops out when you look at it.

Korolia, I like overall design and everything, but it's a bit to much same color, mining refining shipping could also be a bit larger and clearer.
Try making miner and station to be more visible.
