Well it did happen, i think it would be better for you to accept it, and move on, as im sure there are more important things than what happened about two weeks ago in Delta.
Also, if you are looking for strictly positive feedback, then i dont suggest posting a feedback thread, every faction will always have its flaws, and they will never be fixed by ignoring them in favour of something that makes you feel good.
And so far i have seen no flames, i am just giving you points on which you can improve, and hopefully become a respected part of Discovery.
Other than that, i have really nothing else to say, i hope you guys do well.
I just have one comment regarding the role-play I've seen from certain TCG members. I blew it off while we were in game, so that it didn't interrupt the flow of the role that we had going. The BHG| skype chat, however, wasn't happy with it, so...
I can guarantee that the next time one of you decides to make the insults personal like you did that day instead of in character and we'll be having a bit of a chat that you won't like. The character that you were takling to - well, this was the original signature I used for him:
That's the ONLY picture I've ever used of Max, and I don't see any glasses on him, do you?
But when you look at my user forum picture, you'll notice that I personally wear glasses.
I suggest and recommend that if you're going to insult someone in game by calling them 'four-eyes' that you make sure it's the character you're insulting and not the player. It's not a big insult like telling someone to F off or anything, but it's still personal and NOT in character - and is still a violation of rule 3.1.
(You'll also note that's TWO violations of rule 3.1 that we've noted so far here, and that one forum post probably ought to count for about 10, it wasn't meant in humor in the least.)

And it won`t happen again I assure you. I don`t apologize to you as a player to admin, but as a person to person. I don`t support that kind of insults not in game and not in real life.

Ok lets get this straight..Paul Hogan calls everyone four eyes.
When ever in game that someone invades Minor and refuses
to leave when asked, Paul Hogan will say" leave now Four eyes,
just because your wearing glasses does not mean i wont shoot you."
I have said this to Liberty Assault 1 and to several other Freelancers,
if needed i will hunt for a screenshots to prove this.
And its in fun not a personal attack. I wouldnt have a clue..until now
what you look like, and if i wanted to insult you id come up with something
far better than four eyes.
I think that when you invade Minor with your 10 cap ships and a tiny Fighter
tells you to move along four eyes, you should try to play along instead of
getting all bent out of shape and stamping your feet. You would see my
four eyes role play has loads more lines.
So I can guarantee you, your " little chat " is not required is it.

I suggest (that means require) that in the future that you learn some tact in dealing with others, and that you don't come across as being massively argumentative with an Admin when he's explaining such things as common courtesy to you. Your faction has potential. However, if you continue on this route, the only potential that you'll realize will be in filling the cells in Bastille.

Many people told me that one can't win an argument with Admin evan if they are right...
We appreciated all the advices you have given to us in the past days nad none of us want's to be
over-argumentative,we already explained to you what we are trying to do with our action in Bretonia and in
a future actions...
As much as i realize,only way for someone to end-up in Bastille is to break rules and we haven't done that...
and we will never do that...so,there is no need to threatening us with that...our RP is our-one...we are
developing it and trying to make it better...if you don't like it-with all do respect-it's just your problem.If
there a any other problems you wish to disguis or any more advices you wish ti give us- you are

In your own TCG comm channel, you have made an OORP post in a RP forum. You have dragged my name into it, along with a few other community members. You have insulted my RL name personally, and you call me a ganker because you fail at killing me in the gank that you set up.
Its our problem? Yes its our problem that the members of TCG have a temper and can't seem to realize that they are doing something wrong. TeamSpeak? You can't handle the opinions here, where everyone can see what you are doing wrong?
You know whats your problem, you want the rest of the world to change because you are doing something wrong, well let me tell you something sunshine, that ain't gonna work.
