I thought you were surfing the Wiki trying to get statistics comparisons for a new Corsiris model to be honest. (That, or drooling over what a great model you may have to lose looks like.)

I only noticed this post because I clicked on the wiki forum to post about my new guide I posted.

You being Jewish does not seem to be helping your temper, if you are being honest.

First off, we are not losing anything, you want to argue the Admin decision on the Osiris, go talk to the admins, but they have made their ruling and reiterated it now several times over several months.

As for me being upset cause I am Jewish, I haz sarcasm, but I think you know that.

I am not working on any Osiris model, we have one that works just fine.

Not you, the other person in the Procurator thread or something.

I posted in it today.

Well, that is where I think we will be headed, and you said you did not mind as long as you got some Osiris-like model. (You also said you did not care about it's stats.)

Anything I say is not intended as offensive, and to try and deliberately misinterpret it as such would be an attempt at trolling via misrepresentation.

It's not a conspiracy, it's localised bias. They're not intelligent enough to form a conspiracy.

I dont care what the stats are, lucky for the Corsairs, I have given up leadership and dont really have a say in it anymore.

My apologies, I did not know, since I saw recent posts approving technology and the like.

Well, that is one way to do it.

This subject is still under discussion within the Corsairs. Yes, I had a chat with Eternal about it, yes he made some good points, but some parts still don't make to me. I put the question to the leadership chat after the debate, because yes, I made a new one, and the general consensus is that it would be a bad idea. Thats Corsair leadership by the way, not TBH leadership. I made a new one of those too though.

There is a large discrepancy between what the Order thinks they gave the Corsairs and what the Corsairs think they recieved. For example, Eternal maintains that Osiris' were built with on-site help from Order engineers who retained all blueprints to the inner workings of the ship. Corsairs on the other hand think that the blueprints were given for us to build and maintain on our own, with the exception of the cloaking device and a few other choice tidbits that dont seriously affect the battle performance of the Osiris.

A much more favourable idea was the replacement of the Legate with the proposed Corsair Osiris. We keep our Osiris, but then make a variant that houses our own developments in addition to what we recieved.

Unfortunately we cannot back down from this, as there is a consensus.

Of note, Im the one responsible for the Osiris appearing on Rhodes, and it wont be changing. You can say it will all you like, but it wont be unless there is consensus amongst us to swap the original Osiris for the Corsair version. Where you think the issue is headed and where it is actually headed may or may not be entirely different.

Mcneo is now running the Corsair Brotherhood, I am surprised you didn't notice, because it seems you caught all of my other posts over the last couple of days.

Understood. (Actually, not really, but I am not in the mood right now for walls of text which are all about how Corsairs own the Osiris for this and that reason and will not change, and so on.)

If anything that kind of proves I am not targeting you.

Doesnt mean you are not a douche.

Edit: When you try to analyze peoples motivations who you don't know, you tend to be wrong most of the time.

The Corsairs own the Osiris as much as the Order does, in the current order of things. Even taking into account player opinions on both sides as irrelevant, this is supported by the current administration.

Interestingly, there are some in the chat who are in favour of the principle of replacing the original Osiris with the Corsair Osiris, but not satisfied with the current proposal(s) for the model or other aspects of it so far. Mainly the model, and purpose of the model to do with roleplay and where it fits in the fleet. For example, Carlos believes that such a change will give us a heavier battleship, and we already have one of those. The Corsairs do not build everything as heavy as they can after all (Decurion/Gladiator) and we would both inRP and ooRP like to retain our flexibility.

Sure.

You are angry from before because I asked a question, to which the answer can be seen now, and then I defended asking the question. (The answer to the question could possible be seen before, but it is best to confirm.)

Quoted for irony. Or hypocrisy.
