The Battle of Minor should be easier to organise; it has a less elongated battlefield. Simply have BHG forces spawn at Dabadoru Base. The Caps will have to make their slow way to Minor, and this will stop them bulk-spawning. You can do the same with the Nomads, at a Nomad base in a nearby system.
Stopping the Order from bulkspawning caps will be more difficult though. Perhaps Capships can be stationed on Evora Shipyard in Omicron-100, and docking on the Isis and Toledo Mooring Platform disabled, so only fighters and bomber can spawn from Toledo.

Is there going to be a limit on Nomad ships? It shouldn't be like all "Nomads vs BHG" or something like that. The battle is about Minor as far as I know, not only about Nomads vs ... ?!


From what I've heard, the Nomie's essently pull a Cam, show up, and wtfpwn both sides, and somewere in the battle Dabadoru gets pew'd by the order


Fletcher, personaly I think it'd be pretty damned awsoem if Trent was there.

Prehaps the admins could grant you admin shield (or at least a better than normal shield for your snubcraft) for the event, since Trent is, well, a pwnstick.

It'd be awsome if, for example, Trent just happend to be there to visit a friend or something, saw nomies, Q_Q'd, assisted both sides against nomies

I'm starting to do some of the set-ups. The first one was really tough to do, I'm sure I need lots of input on that loadout. :P

Camera ship ...

Now - the key thing with the Camera ship is that it is tagged neutral. It will not have any bots, bats, or money, because I don't want it used as an impromptu re-supply ship by some people. That also means don't PUT any bots or bats on it, because if a ship is scanned with those, it'll be presumed to be cheating.

BHG Bomber has full EMP guns, SNAC, and a torp. I can change that easily to a TCD, although I'm wondering if that's necessary.

BHG Fighter (Manta) right now has full Bucks and I'm thinking torp, although if you guys think a Mini would be better, I can do that easily.

Those are the only 3 ships I have done enough with so far. I'm also hearing you guys that play them to NOT put any Voidrunners in this, because it'll just be unhittable.

Yes, please make a Camera Ship restart command, I'd personally love it and it would make things much easier:)

Voidrunners? They're hittable. When they're still, when they move its like hitting a fatter camera ship, hard as nails.

Voidrunners won't ever be still, unless you AFK kill them.

And Marduks will just be spammed like mad.

Actually ... no, they won't.

It seems that the Nomads want to save their Marduks for something more sinister and foreboding. So there will NOT be a Marduk restart available. Which simply means that there's going to be a lot more of the cruisers and gunboats.

Any joy on a possible limit on capital ship restarts? Too many BB's calls for more BB's to counter them.

I'd be unhappy with that because the only faction that ever has descent success attacking us are The Keepers, but I've heard rumors that Nomads blow Toledo to hell anyway, so it doesn't really make a difference if they're right.

I agree with Carlos, why to remove armors, so people will die even faster, and respawn will be also faster and bigger. No point in that.
Armors were good on GRN/KNF event.
