Something tells me it's gonna be "Repeating the same thing but with more Eye-Candy"...
Well, the first Portal was really interesting, so I think even the exact same gameplay with better graphics and new levels would still be worth a try.
What makes you think the new gadgets and gels are from the first game as well? Portal 2 wouldn't be Portal 2 if you weren't supposed to think with portals in it as well.
Though it'd sure be more worth buying than it is already if multiplayer is included...
Yeah well, multiplayer in terms of co-op mode would be great. I can see a lot of potential having two people in one room solving puzzles together. It doesn't always have to be deathmatch. I'm sure there are more possibilities for Portal 2 to make multiplayer interesting.
I enjoyed Portal, but it has low replayability. I don't see how Portal 2 is going to be much different in terms of game mechanics. Still gonna be the same puzzle solving, maybe with a few new puzzles.
Plus the new story. What I gather from the trailer it'll be something along the lines of a crazy robot puts you through a series of tests until you ultimately defeat said crazy robot at the end.
Damn, that sounds familiar.
I think I'll save my money on this one. I'm a bit skeptical about it. I'll probably wait for a sale, or for it to be free like the first portal. <_<
