But in all seriousness, the solution to your dilemma can be solved very easily: if you know a pirate is in Kusari, don't go that way. Niobium Ore also sells on Kensington Shipping Platform. Go there instead. Or go through the Omegas to Rheinland. You don't need to go through Kusari. If it's so dangerous, take a chance elsewhere. What kind of KNF presence is there to stop you in Tau-31 or Leeds going the other way, anyway?
