Congratulations, you have done a great job, there is nothing to add and there is nothing double there.
Rheinland has enough free space for new faction especially as compared with the amount of factions in other systems. Lets take a look at Rheinland unlowfulls; Hessians, Unioners, LWB, Bundschuh and unlawfulls which are operating in Rheinland; Corsairs, Outcasts, BD, The Wilde, Coalition and many others occasionally invade Rheinland space. Furthermore, it must not be forgotten that RM has permanent war with LN. Because of all that I think that WRF is more then wellcome. Btw they have already bring a kind of balance. They are present and they act in Rheinland for some time. The difference is that they will soon begin to work as official.
Personally, looking forward to that.

RM is too busy on the Liberty frontline and Core Systems.
In the last half year they told this when Daumann asked reinforcement and more patrol there.
Omega7 is Rheinland border system. True the Liberty war and the lot of miners who "borned" after the new mining mod give a lot of work to RM. Because this team build up and limited for this "black hole" (O3-O7-O11) mainly we can't talk about a "2nd RM". I met with them inGame numerous times and I dont have any problem with them.

Same goes for this talk of loyalty. Look at the =CR= , I don't know if they have changed it but as far as I'm aware members who are in other Factions besides =CR= can only reach a certain rank. Why are you not bitching at them for?
Ok, so from now on no Outcasts can use trade-lanes and jump-gates, because Ageira is hostile to them. Clearly, asking them to not use any trade-lanes or jump-gates because they have declared the producers of said materials as hostile, is complete BS.

Pretty sure that's untrue; Kaze (was) Consul, as well as being in other factions, IIRC.

That's really a very good workout, I like it.

As already mentioned, RM would not accept a subdivision but there is indeed enough space for a military faction which focuses on protecting the south-western borders.
And especially in the light of the war with Liberty it makes sense that the raw mineral locations getting heavy protection: No raw materials, no warships I would say.

I can not imagine another just a subgroup. As another post readable somewhere all House have only ONE military high command. We totally accept Admiral and Vizeadmirals orders (except it is opposite for law but I cant imagine they give this kind command). Far from me and others how we being competitors or like. We just a Heeresgruppe, a larger army group, next the other Heeresgruppes, not more not less.

Its a bump and an asking. Some of my friend from the another side time to time warning me if WRF members hmmmm make some not really the best actions in game. These warnings help me a lot, because then I see what they don't know - yes some thing is so clear how I don't tell, but seems like not everyone. All new, fresh formed team members make wrong steps in the start, it is normal, but for fixing the problems, need to know these, so PM me or post here if something wrong with WRF interactions in game.

Medals
A military decoration is a decoration given to military personnel or units for heroism in battle or distinguished service.

Today military decorations include:
General Assault Badge



The General Assault Badges is awarded to those soldiers who shot down or captured more enemy vessel during his duty.
General Assault Badge 3rd class - after 25 killed or catured enemy.
General Assault Badge 2nd class - after 50 killed or captured enemy.
General Assault Badge 1st class - after 75 killed or captured enemy.

Iron Cross



The Iron Cross 2nd Class is awarded to West Rheinland Fleet personnel for single acts of bravery.
The Iron Cross 1st Class is awarded to West Rheinland Fleet personnel for the accomplishment of several especially difficult tasks and acts of bravery. It is presented to those who already hold the Iron Cross 2nd Class.
The Knights Cross to the Iron Cross is awarded to West Rheinland Fleet personnel who perform acts of distinction above and beyond those which earned them the Iron Cross 1st Class.
The Oak Leaves to the Knights Cross is awarded to holders of the Knights Cross who perform acts of continued excellence in command, bravery of the highest order or actions of significant importance.

War Merit Cross



The War Merit Cross is presented to an individual or a collective for heroic actions in service to the state.
The War Merit Cross 2nd Class is awarded for bravery in combat against an enemy if the act doesnt qualify for the Iron Cross.
The War Merit Cross 1st class is awarded for bravery in combat against an enemy. It is intended for men who, having won the War Merit Cross 2nd Class, further distinguished themselves.
The Knights Cross to the War Merit Cross is awarded for exceptional bravery in combat against an enemy. It is presented to those who already hold the War Merit Cross 1st Class.

Fighter Medal



The Fighter Medal is awarded to a fighter pilot who alone can beat more enemy ship in a combat action.
The Fighter Medal 3rd class is awarded to that fighter pilot who shoot down 3 rookie - non registered enemy faction member or 2 registered hostile faction member in one combat action, alone.
The Fighter Medal 2nd class is awarded to that fighter pilot who shoot down 4 rookie - non registered enemy faction member or 3 registered hostile faction member in one combat action, alone.
The Fighter Medal 1st class is awarded to that fighter pilot who shoot down 5 rookie - non registered enemy faction member or 4 registered hostile faction member in one combat action, alone.

Bomber Medal



The Bomber Medal is awarded to a bomber pilot who participated in large battles against capital ships.
Bomber Medal 3rd class is avarded for those bomber pilots who shoot down a gunboat and survive in 2 vs 1.
Bomber Medal 2nd class is avarded for those bomber pilots who shoot down a cruiser and survive in 2 vs 1.
Bomber Medal 1st class is avarded for those bomber pilots who shoot down a battleship and survive in 2 vs 1.
