By the by, anyone reading this thread should take a look at the Coalition ships from Starlancer, just to put things in perspective here.

I know, they look like kinda like Sabers. Sabers were always the mook ships, y'all shoulda modeled these on Basilisks.

The VHF is the size of a LF, which seems a bit off to me. The least they could've done was add the Sabre undercarriage to the VHF and Bomber to make them bigger, and thus more balanced model-wise.

The ships look like Dagger-size to me. Are they going to have the exact same firepower/stats/powercore/whatever as those we have now?

If yes, it'd be like a "I WIN" button.

The general look of the ships are fine for me, but I liked the old design a lot.

Seem overpowered to me.

Increase the size.

And give more different characteristics between them. I mean. The bomber is equal to the VHF. >.> Err. In a fight.. Well.. It's an advantage like hell.

Design wise, small profile in a fight. That's another advantage.

Cockpit.. Meh. Don't like it that much.

Nope, they'll all be the same size. We in the Coalition have decided that it's about time that we go all nom-nom-Nomad on everyone in the lower third of Sirius, so we've pooled our collective funds (a distinctly Coalition action indeed) and given well over 500$ to the admins for server upkeep in exchange for wtfpwn-mobiles in 4.86.

In addition to bribing the admins, we've also decided to get our grubby little mitts into the dev-team as well. All members of the balance team have been given fully kitted fleets of all SCRA vessels, as well as a commission as Captain in the faction for these tradeoffs. Also, we've given several off-the-books gifts to system designers to put Coalition bases in every major House capital system, including Gallia, just so we have places to visit.

thinly veiled sarcasm will be returned in kind. It's a ship introduction for the models, NOT a balance thread. This is now either the second or third time you've been told this in this thread Mr. Jameson, so either comprehend or just flat get booted.
