Should I get a Storta?

Title says it all, I'm considering getting a Storta, but I don't know where I would use it. All I ever see them doing is sitting byy Malta guarding it. Anything else it could be used for?

If you get one, you use it in Outcast space and take it along with you if there's a raid in Gamma.

Anyway Sorta is deadly when flown right. You can RP quiet a bit in it. But in raids it stands maybe 1% to survive.

I had a Storta, it was a fun ship called it the Divine.Intervention, it's captain was a devout catholic who was always preaching religion to his enemies and allies alike, most Outcast caps are kinda silly,but it /is/ possible to have one and create roleplay for it and have fun with it.

I have never once seen a raid into Gamma.

Don't bother with the cruiser... save up for a BS so you can do missions with ease.

As for raids... talk to the official factions on both sides. Both will come up with something along the lines of "raids are OORP. That's why we have Eta" yet they never seem bother to organizing anything in Eta ;)

Bomber spamm is the best solution against cap spam but as always when the guys who see a incoming raid they all swap to the best ship to fight against it. If they see BS?s incoming they all get bombers and if they see bombers incoming they all get fighters. D:

Anyway learning how to snac in a bomber can make you live quiet long. although bombers have max 3 crew and thats the Barghest.
