Been reading some of the stories resulting from the Omnicron Minor event, and I was wondering if there was going to be an event for the Evacuation of Toledo?
I would imagine after the Nomads pasted Toledo, The Order would try and salvage anything that isn't crispy crittered, maybe salvage what ever they could from the battlefield, and make for a new home in what ever fleet of Military and Cargo ships they could muster, prolly with help from the SCRA...
It would also be a shame if the BHG tipped off the Corsairs about the Orders evacuation........

They already did something like that during the main event.
A way a lone a last a loved a long the riverrun, past Eve and Adam's, from swerve of shore to bend of bay,
brings us by a commodius vicus of recirculation back to Howth Castle and Environs.
Yes, it did happen, also, Toledo effsploded, so..I doubt there will be anything to salvage..cept some scrap mabye, but toledo's parts shouldve destroyed any wrecks around as well..
Toledo didn't exactly exploded. It's surface is burned by Nomads and tectonic plates were moved a bit, so it's not anymore solid planet. Any underground bases are not possible to built as surface is not solid, so that excludes bases on surface aswell. It simply becomes not capable of supporting human life forms. Possibly there would be some fragments around, but not neccessary.
Well, like people said already - the event is done, so if you weren't there - you've missed the train, sorry. There is nothing to be done about it at this point. The evacuation itself was at the end of the event and was fully roleplayed, I doubt there is anything more could be said about other than what was in-game, apart from perhaps some personal details - but that kind of stuff is for players to write in form of stories on the forum. And there would be nothing left to salvage or rescue - you'll see that for yourself in the upcoming animated cutscene.
The players will be able to return back and see what became of it, once the content pack with post-event materials will be released (hopefully in time for 4.86 release, I'm doing everything in my powers to complete it all in time). Then you'll be able to stage an attempt to retrieve anything from it, if you want. But I'm not sure what you'll see there is... what you'd expect. Perhaps that would make your event even more interesting, mm?
So, to answer the question: evacuation procedures were done at main event finale, so it would be redundant to do it twice. Everyone who wanted to see and participate in it had the chance to. However making event to discover what became of the planet - sure, that would be interesting and I'm certainly looking forward to it, but once the content featuring the necessary changes is out. I hope that answers your question, if you have any more feel free to PM me.
