In fact, I'm basing my posts on the fact that we know very little, but what we do know is pretty solid and concrete. The rumours and infocards say very little, and imply only a little more.
I think the ZA response to this is absurd. If the Corsairs want to open a bar, in their community on GC, that is laid out by canon (not the admin) would the ZA close it?
Hmm. I think Sephardi needs something to do, he has a long rped connection to GC. Maybe he should open a bar for Corsairs.... I would love to see the Corsair response to it being forcibly shut down.
Also, what blunt said, where in Zoner lore do you see them being a highly beurocratic government. I guess there is a good reason I dont play my Zoner anymore. My zoner doesnt want to be governed, even by Zoners, but I guess Zoner rp is not about independence from house regulation anymore. If I dont want a house governing me, why would I let other Zoners govern me. Freedom is Freedom, regulation is regulaton, doesnt matter if it's a House Liberty or a House Zoners (pukes at the thought)

The Bretonians are allowed to land Royal Liners on GC to transport stuff. Have it transport liquor. Have the liquor stored in the bar that's on the bloody ship, since the ship is bigger than any bloody pub. Have anyone that wishes to purchase said liquor drink it on the ship. Voila, instant pub, within the Zoners' (very very silly) rules.
Oh wait, now we have to ban ships too, since they can fit a bar on them.

I was asked to lock this, but after reading through the posts I have decided to only issue a warning. Stop bashing one another and sort this out peacefully. The 'I am mightier then you' slugging match is stopping now. Play it clean or don't play at all.
The people in this thread are saying things that I have difficulty in countering, furthermore their points are painting me as a baseless aggressor. Please consider this a second request to lock the thread.
You could always rent a house, put a bouncer on the door, state it is for Bowex pilots and guests. Then list it as a Private club.
You don't require planning permission for private get togethers.
You could do it like a speak easy, under the radar, escaping from Zoner Police Officers, passwords and the like.
Or you can do what was done in Eastbourne a few years ago...
Police shut down a pub... the patrons returned with bolt cutters and reopened it, with so many people the police had to stand back and watch, powerless to stop it.
And yes, I would love to see this tried on a Corsair bar.
