IP Ban may crush whole of SA

Hi,

Basically, South Africa has one main ISP that owns literally every other one. They own the lines and stuff.

They are called Telkom, telkom uses an invisible proxy (or something) which means that majority of SA shares an IP... Which sucks.

It depresses me everytime i try to get on 4chan (not sure why i would want to go there), and other forum places, the dreaded "IP BANNED" Message... Knowing that some (one) idiot in SA has done it.

Does this mean that, If one idiot in SA decides to get himself IP Banned from Disco, will the whole of SA have to go down with him?:(
