Konnichiwa Gaians.
My name is Arata Fukusaka.
I'm a Hogosha, but not part of The Black Dragon Society though. I've been into Bretonia a few times, and I wish to be able to do more there with my friends of the Kusari Naval Forces. As you might know, us Hogosha have limited access to ships around Sirius. Currently i'm flying a Black Dragon. Lovely ship, i'm sure you would enjoy it to. Though I want to upgrade it a little. I do quite fancy your gunboat, the claymore, it must be one of the best looking ships of Bretonia, if not the best. My intentions with it, is to be more activily joining the Kusari Naval Forces in their fight against Bretonia. although if you have any demands or requirements that I need before being granted authorization to fly it, i'm sure we can work something out. I'm not a sleeping pilot, i'm very active, and you should be able to catch me on the Neural Network often if needed. I'm always on the move.
I haven't been blessed with the opportunity to meet a Gaian yet, tho I must say your work interests me, and I would like to know more about it. Strictly what i'm allowed to ofcourse.

Konnichiwa Nauticus. I'm glad i got confirmation that my message came through.
Regarding the gunboat, if there's anything else i would use it for. Well i'm a Hogosha, and i would most likely be using it for hogosha business in Kusari aswell.
I'll guess that you have som ideas what that is, but to sum up i would likely be doing some of the following:
- Prevent smuggling between Kusari and Bretonia.
- Prevent smuggling in Kusari in generel.
- Collecting some taxes from Gaijins might happen aswell.

This is pretty much what i do. Have been involved with some GC's and BD's aswell.
Other than this, i would assume that there will be some demand or such for me to be using your gunboat, wich would then be applied to the list.

Konnichiwa again.

Today i went to Okinawa to check out the rumors. I started by visiting the Hogosha's that are settled there at the Kamakura Base. Unfortunatly they weren't able to tell me much about the whole thing, besides some basics like that it were taking place at Planet Miura.
In search for more information i went there, and they didn't make me feel welcome. Upon arrival GMGs and GCs went straight for me, and i had to defend myself. While blowing those guys up, i saw GMG transports arriving with goods for the operation, so i quickly decided to hold them back, but they refused and also started firering at me. In the end, i had to take it all down before i could get a closer look. Very contradicting the Kishiro even assisted me against the GMG ships, so i let them defend me.
What i discovered were that GMG and Kishiro is attempting to terraform Planet Miura. At the Kamakura base, the rumors were that despite the war with Bretonia, they had hired Planetform, Inc to assist them. A Kishiro scientist at Isehara Terraforming Outpost came with another story, telling me that they all were former engineers and scientists of Planetform, Inc. I belive the kishiros history is just to keep them out of trouble. Their main concern is money, and lying to stay safe with the amount they are getting from GMG is quite possible.

The situation in Okinawa didn't seem right to me. What is GMG hiding, why aren't we welcome there, who is Kishiro really working for. There's alot of unanswered questions. More expeditions there will be required to get the neccesary answers, and the terraforming should be stopped till GMG's true intentions are revealed!
