Two sons of Hisoka Masanori (one of the directors of Kishiro) sit before their fathers desk. Hisoka is listening.
Keiji Masansori- "Tell me again,"
Junichi-Kichiro Masanori- " You shouldn't be involving yourself with Hogosha"
Keji : "You know nothing about this!"
Hisoka: : "ENOUGH!! don't disrespect your bother in front of me! He is apart of the Naval Forces, thus he is rightfully to ask."
Keji: "Forgive me father. Hogosha lied and said I fired on them! And they struck down our yacht"
Hisoka: "Which one!?"
Keji: "The explorer you gave me. Do not worry father I have another from the spar parts as you said never to rid of them"
Junichi: "Typical. Hogosha attacks you? Why!?
Keji: "If I must answer you! So be it. Found a mining craft with cargo, I offered to escort it for exchange for information and money. He agreed. Though Hogosha cut us off. I asked them to mind their own and this was the property of the Masanori family. They refused and continued to stalk us. Thus being at the board station they shouted out lies saying I fired on them. This isn't true. I didn't fire a single shot, they dropped my shields and then my hull. I was able to be saved by the locale police."
Hisoka: " Hogosha fired on you? Lied about you firing on them. What am I suppose to do with this? What can you hope to achieve by telling me this? I am a director of Kishiro this is none of my business nor your brothers!"
Keji: "Father!?"
Hisoka: "Keji please stay away from the Hogosha if you desire revenge. And for that matter stay away from them all together! Or you will bring shame on our family name. Now both of you leave."
Keji: "Yes...father."
Junichi: "Yes father!"
-Keji to himself: "Father they have shamed us already ! You're soft and weak old and too afraid of war! I AM KEJI MASANORI they will fear the name when I am done. With fire like rain I shall drown my foes with despair!

Konnichiwa Hogosha,
I am wishing to speak to a leader, or high ranking about a regards to property of mine that had been destroyed. Not only destroyed but also the conduct of the pilots were dishonorable! They lied and tried to justify their attack on my vessel! My family never had issues with Hogosha before my father never spoken ill of them, but I have seen a more real side. This all has brought shame to Kusari! I have some demands to reconcile this event.

If I were you I'd be a little more graceful with your words. If you wish to see, what is already been witness so be it. I will give you the following of each one of them around my vessel, and striking it down. Along with them claiming I fired on them!
[color=#000000]All I see here is a transmission log which tells us that apparently you were shooting our vessels and they promptly defended themselves.
This accusation is denied to its fullest by our organization due to the lack of adequate evidence and I'm quite sure the Kusari Government will agree with us.
