Greetings.

As we discussed earlier, the Vagrant Raiders would like to extend friendship to the ICMG in the form of a non-aggression pact. We would like for there to be peace between our two organizations throughout Sirius, mostly in the lower Taus and the Omegas. We share a common enemy in the Omegas, the Corsairs. We would like to be able to work and live in the same systems as you in the Omegas without weapons being fired or lives being lost. I'm pretty sure you could agree with that, yes?
