Huh? Who has 100 billion?
Oh and it's allowed. You just can't send 100 billion to a single character.

Since it's impossible for your character to have 100 billion credits, yes...

100 billion would corrupt that character, so you can be sure it is.

EDIT: You can send it from 5-6 different chars...

Can I have 100 billion?

Givecash isn't against the rules. Or it wouldn't be there.

Intentionally corrupting a persons character by giving excessive amounts of money however, is.

in theory...giving 100 bill isn ot against the rules

but its not a good idea....cause any amount of cash higher than 2.1 bill will cause a person`s char to get sick....

if the person however had multiple chars for you to send the cash to in small segments..it would be legal

The command won't the receiving chars credit balance to go above 1.9 billion.

So no it isn't against the rules.
Yes it is impossible to do.

But I believe the question was if transferring large amount of cash between characters is allowed. Answer: Yes, and everyone does it too.
