[color=#33CC00]I pitty the fools who use political pressure as a alternative to their failed attempt to get rid of something or someone. In this case - [color=#33CC00]me. Words are useless to the man who holds a gun or a knife. It has always been like that.

It has come to my attention that Navy, Hale and his followers, are trying to get me, and some other folks, banned from docking at Rochester. Personally, I don't give a rat's a** how do they feel and what they do. Actually, I really don't mind that they're trying to turn you against me. But what you Junkers SHOULD mind is that they're trying to turn one of your friends against you. If you take a look at this move of theirs more closely, and I did, they WANT you to follow their demands without questions asked. They know I'm not allowed to dock anywhere else in New York or California. They think they're gonna make my visits to NY less frequent if you do what they please.

Never did I nor any of my men pirate any junker. Not even a independent one. And it will stay that way. Some of you guys know me quite well, others don't and perhaps hate my guts. Either way, I've always considered you guys as sunday, laid-back truckers who just mind their own business of collecting things. At least you have some kind of real purpose in comparison to the majority of inhabitants of Sirius. And I can respect that. You know that I do. I've offered my help many times in the past and that offer still stands if you ever find yourself in need of one.

These... Officers of Low simply can't stand the sight of me. How sad because I simply adore some of them. Their attempts to get rid of me make me even more valuable to myself, haha. The fact that I gather around lots of friends probably makes them envious, at least some of those lonely, antisocial officers. What they don't actually understand... What they don't actually understand is that majority of my friends are quite deranged and they'll get pretty damn pissed after they hear about this act of Navy. Therefore, things can only get worse for Liberty authorities when everyone hears about this. All I have to do is to show up and invite my demented buddies to a little mayhem-session, hahaha.

Congress, it's surely up to you to decide whether to become a Navy's puppy. Today they have one demand, tomorrow they'll have another one. If you do decide to tell them to go shove their demand where the sun don't shine, you can count on my endless support. And the support of my dude-friends of course.

Wanna know the funny side? I was about to go on yet another vacation. That way, Navy would get rid of me in some way. But when I heard about this, I decided to stay and play, hahahaha.

From now on, New New York will burn even more brightly.
