I was chosen by the rest of Chiefs of Indian tribes to speak with you about our mutual interests. As you may already know, our paths have crossed few times in the past, and although I wasn't personally present at those encounters, my friends have told me about you helping them against our enemies, and wanted me to say our thanks to your brave comrades involved in those 'situations'.
Now, to the matter at hand: we know about your war with Corsairs, and I would like to clarify out stance on that. We are small group, specialized at 'guerilla' tactics. We don't have the resources or numbers to wage full-scale battles against our enemies: Liberty and Bretonia, and their military and corporate minions. So, we need all the help from anyone who is willling to provide it. We are very proud and honorable people, and we won't step back from the battle to regain our long lost land. In the past few weeks, both you and Corsairs have helped us in our struggle, and our gratitude cant be expressed in words, but we must ask you to understand that we cant choose sides in your war with Corsairs, we just cant choose between the two of our closest allies in fight!
So, we are proposing this: Our groups will work together against our mutual enemies, as long as you don't mind our neutral stance in your 'little dispute' with Corsairs; we have no desire to be involved in that! I hope that you'll understand our motives for this!
