It's dark. Too dark + the dark Blue hurts the Eyes using Blue Solution.

And why is that? Dark color is better for the eyes than a bright one.

The green clashes with the blue horrendously.

Hm.. I think its ok like the way it is, that green color draws the eyes to the ship.
Gimme a minute, i will change it, we will see how it looks then.

It's a pure side view, an angle which could create more impact would be a top-side view or bottom-side view. Its tail is also outside the border of the signature, not cool unless you want to achieve an effect for which the ship flies into the signature. You'd need motion effects such as blur for that, which are not present right now.
