Well that's simple. Either the Elders declare them traitors or the Zoners will become unfriendly by default. I personally prefer the former but that doesn't matter.

P.S. I do think it is OORP to take such actions against the Zoners without approval from the Elders in the first place, regardless of what rp backstory you have. You just don't do that.

And what if GMG/Zoners destroy food convoy from Kusari?
It s easy to say that Corsairs have an agreement with Samura/Hogosha but it could be more difficult to do it in-game.
Does anyone considered corsairs food stock? how long can they live without dying?
Unfortunately, because starving is not a real problem in freelancer, it's only a roleplay matter.

I think it could be interesting to establish an amount of food per month that corsairs should import.
(and to be fair, each faction should also have something to import on a monthly basis)

I think it would be interesting. Maybe you should compute how many shipments of food were moved by the Zoners each month prior to this.
