That was almost the same that came into my mind when I discovered this thread, moments ago, with the little difference that I was thinking about the activity tracker specifically. There are already a few KSP on our tracker because of their ranks, now there will be more non-council on it. Sweet.

Actually, after a lengthy discussion with Markus, it will be indeed the "old" Cartel with some new quirks. Expect more to come and a further edit to the document in the coming days after some Forumlancing and in-game roleplay.
