Requesting status update on South Alliance. Today scavenging remote controlled unit was sent for reconnaissance mission to map jumphole locations throughout Rheinland systems but shortly after entering into California system it was detected by SA patrol stationed near Los Angeles. Upon the imminent contact the drone was programmed to issue request if met with HF hail identification at unencrypted broadcast. SA ships opened fire immediately. Outnumbered and outmatched the ship changed behavior to return to Vespucci. Long range scanners detected SA presence at Magellan gate, this moment I had to take control of the ship to prevent it from being captured or destroyed. A lengthy chase throughout the California system followed, it broke with SA themselves who disrupted the trade lane the moment after drone went through the ring. The drone ship has been saved and brought back to Vespucci. Requesting status on SA so I can re-programm it to avoid unnecessary contacts like this one.
"We are not going to assist extremist groups such as the GC, at least we will not put them in power over a nation. We mainly want to prevent the oppression from the houses against these people."

Kai Thastus stepped onto the surface of the planet, all in his possession was a steel pipe. He stared out into the distance, a figure broke the dark backdrop. "You finally ready to man up and fight now Kai?"
"If you can live with calling yourself a man..." Kai retorted to the man.
The man laughed, "Seems I gave you more than power but a bad attitude... time to fix it..." The man was Drake Thastus.
Kai wasn't here to fight specifically, he was gonna start with trying to reason. "Why are you doing this? Destroying Liberty is fine with me. But going after Sirius?"
Drake sighed, "Still trying to talk me down huh? Put simply, all of Sirius is corrupt...just like the Coalition rats that I slaughtered for their freedom. They deserve death."
"Not good enough Drake, that isn't an excuse for anything you've done and plan on doing."
"Since when does rage require a reason to exist?"
"Since it began destroying Hellfire Legion ships....and innocent people." Kai said. His grip grew tighter on the pipe. It was all that remained of his fighter.
Drake couldn't answer, he knew was wrong. But he couldn't stop himself. "I hate feeling like this, I'm so tired of trying to fight this! There is nothing that stands between me and my vengeance!"
"So is that why I and the HF exist? To fight your damned war! All you demented quest for death and vengeance?" Kai held his anger back. "You've led these men to death so you can get revenge!"
"Be Silent!" Drake sent a wave of energy towards Kai.
Kai deflected it easily, "Power without control is dangerous. And easy to stop." Kai paused, "Think about what you've done! Come to reason Drake!"
Drake clenched his teeth, "Sirius will be allowed to survive... but not Liberty. I will fight for your side for now..."
Ceasefire intiated by previous administration & HF will be honored, to a degree. Refrain from entering Liberty space. (ooc: unless needing passage to NY since it is open system. Have members state their intentions to do so and refer to this agreement to enact agreement. In addition, if War re-opens I shall honor previous rules as well).
