The ZDFS-Norfolk.Island (Infantry Liner) is currently stationed on Planet Primus, officially assisting in the training of the local militia.

Major William Baker (unsure about official rank, it doesn't matter as far as he is concerned) is also currently on Primus, though may transfer back to Gran Canaria in the near future, to help maintain his garrison at his Acadamy there.

The Prince (unsure about his official rank as well, with him being royalty) may command the ZDFS-Norfolk.Island in his stead, as well as oversee the forces on Primus.
