My miner character has disappeared

Today wen I logged on I saw that my miner character has disappeared with nearly 100 000 000 credits.. Is there anything to do about this?
My character name is/were Tifter.

Have you reinstalled Freelancer while logged onto a different account on your computer ?

Have you messed with the account manager program, and forgotten to switch to the account it was on ?

Have you reinstalled windows since you last used it ?

Got a sibling/parent with access to your PC that plays your games too ?

My character name is/were Tifter.

Your character "Tifter" was last logged in on May 18'th 2009. We are now at September 10'th 2009 - Well past the 60 day inactivity wipe period. It has become spacedust in the eternal bit-bucket somewhere out in Sirius space. Probably will end up as dirt on someones viewscreen when they pass through the Dublin system.

If you do not login to a character for 60 days, it will be wiped automatically for inactivity.
