Zoners should normally allow you to dock on FP11 as long as you don't cause trouble.
Might be a bit strange seeing a LSF vessel around there and many will ask what you are doing there, though I see no reason why they would deny you permission to dock.
Though if you are planning to base your operations of of FP11, I'm not sure how much they are going to like it. Depends on your behaviour I guess...

The problem is, almost everything a LSF vessel could do out there WILL cause trouble. And some Order pilots won't be happy seeing you flying around right near their backdoor. iRP you might want to stay rather quiet, at least when you think there may be Order ships around.

And about the "hey, just lulwut around in the omicrons" players - yep, you are the ones he's talking about when referring to bad reputation.

I love when people say only Liberty ships lolwut in other systems. I have seen order in NY/Texas/colorado/ontario/ellesmere(and actually friendly)/california. I have seen them in fighters/bombers/GBs/cruiser/gebs. But hey they are not lolwuts when they attack navy ship's. the navy ships are lolwuts when they respond,or enter Omicrons right? Total BS. pull your heads out of your arses, and look at yerselves first for RP. All i ever got from Order ships is "this is our space, leave or dai".

Well, the LN declared a free for all in Alaska against any Order vessels not too long ago, so don't expect a warm welcome from us unless your reasons are good, really good.

' Wrote:I have a Siege cruiser, LSF. I RP it as a ship with a lot of computers and scientific instruments. I'd like to know:
1 How hard it would be to convince my superiors to let me go.
2 What bases I'd be allowed to use.
3 Who I would be allowed to ally with. (mainly order)
4 Loadout.
5 Should I contact the Zoners to ask for permission to use their Freeport?
That's about it, please don't flame me. I know people have messed this up in the past, so I'm just trying to fix Liberty's reputation.

1. Depends. If you spell correctly and actually have a good, tangible reason for going, it wont be hard. By tangible, I mean something to do, an assignment, etc. Not "fixing Liberty's reputation" which is broken until the starting system gets moved away from Liberty.

The reason for banning the secondary fleet in any capacity from the Omicrons was because they started treating it as a part of Liberty, sitting there in their big caps with different things to shoot. They were being disruptive and getting Liberty involved in a war we dont need to fight.

Dont listen to the people who tell you to screw your superiors and just go. There's an FR5 reserved for people who do that, since its not a canon activity.

2. You'd probably have to ask the Zoners.

3. No-one. Not even the Bounty Hunters, and most certainly not the Order. I don't care if the Order is shooting the Nomads, you should shoot whoever's stronger. Liberty is at war with the Order, and such things should not be overlooked to shoot at the Nomads unless they're in Liberty.

4. I'd go for 2 Infernos, 2 BRs, 1 Missile, 3 Cerbs... I think the cruiser is 1/8.

5. Probably.

Rodent: It's always been that way. The position of the Liberty Forces has always been that Alaska, in its entirity, belongs to the state and is our territory. It's never changed, but some people started to get the wrong idea, so it was formally declared so people would get the idea.

Just doing some pointing out Connor, LN-Order diplomacy has always been bitter at best and near-hostile at worst so it will be very difficult to fix up something with the Order....
