This is not a decision that I agree with, for many reasons.

I still see a chance for the whole situation to improve on the zoner side.

Disbanding is only giving reason to the entities and causes that pushed you to disband. Just play by your rules.

Moreover, I'm quite sure that there is a chance to improve the Zoner relations with the BAF, since the player they wanted to bring to justice is now* totally out of the loop. At least, that would be a good step in the right direction according to me.
