Dunno. I think I always cut them out myself, which is mosty because of the Hair a Pain in the Ass. Sometimes I'm using a Feather of 1 Pixel, which helps a little Bit, but you'll have to overwork some Edges again, depends on the Background the Character has. Hate it if you want to use a Person that is on a white Background and you want to put it into a dark Signature.

Using the Blur Tool also helps.

Anyway, cutting out the Guild Wars Character was way harder than the Guy in his Armour Suit Thingy.
