Firstly, congratulations on being selected to be part of us.
who are we?
We are an elite branch of the secret organization known as The Order. It has been bestowed upon us to repel all these new and re-enforced nomad strikes on our system, allies and the whole of the universe. these creatures have spread throughout the whole of the Sirius sector, to the extent they have affected certain rhinelanders, making them "The Wild". These wild show no mercy, no remorse, killing anything and everything in their path, much like their superiour counterparts, the Nomads. there have been many discoveries about these nomads.
they are getting bolder and bolder, extending their guerrilla tactics to the borders of our homelands. And the bounty hunters are makeing the situation no more the better. i advise extreme alertness when in space, even if you are in the home system.
This is Admiral Locke. i would like to add, that we, as the order's finest have been given permission to carry nomads who have been defeated in combat. you may sell, kill or do whatever you want with them.
also, with this power, the PA| has the right to demand Freelancers to hand over the nomads if they are not liscenced.
The Pilot known as [color=#000000]Xatrix is now KoS for the PA| and the Bs| for major rule violations. he has violated the rules of omicron-100 by venturing into it and docking at one of the stations. even though it is clear by admiral Dboy that all civilians are banned from entering the system. if any PA| pilot sees him, orders are to Kill on Sight

Thank you for the assitance in Omicron 100 today, PA|. But a forwarded message was sent showing that you have Civilian pilots within Omicron 100 are KoS, I'm sorry to say but that is not entirely sure.
Please read the rules of Omicron 100, it will give more information on this matter.

Tactical update,
Would all pilots please note that it is unadvisable to fly frieghters unescorted, contact an ally to run escort for you.
Also ensure that if you are using Capital ships form up with 2 or more fighters to form a fighter cap and to increase your sensor range.
It is advisable that all pilots have at least one Capital ship available for use, we will discuss where we will station eachCapital ship in the near future, they will not all be docked in Omicron Minor.
This is a strategic decision to enable us to respond better to threats against us and to enable swift retribution.
You, as part of the project have a moral code to uphold. i will state it one last time here for all to read. next time i see a moral being broken, it will be accompanied with a termination of you from the project. i will not tolerate any non-sense that will harm the reputation of the Project, even though not many know much, if at all.
1. You WILL uphold the code of conduct stated by the Project ( follow the rules of the servers)
2. You WILL speak directly about the situation, not about wayward topics ( keep to RP at all times)
3. You WILL respect the rules we have informed you about when you joined, even though a degree of leniency is tolerated ( use ooc: to talk out of character)
any more issues i will list here soon. i hope this will seep through to you pilots. Do not make me bring out the worst in me. i respect you all for your role in the project, whatever it may be.
