Oh wow. That's very nice, though, like your avatar, I feel like I need 3d glasses for it not to be all distorted.

Alright, a few changes you can make to make it 100% better...

• Perhaps drop out the mirror effect, or tighten it up?.
  
• The front starbursts are a bit cheezy :P
  
• Why don't you try putting the ships on less of a skew.
  (or if you want I can give you any angle shot you need from the actual ships.)
  
• Also, careful with the tinting if it's used on the ships, whole thing seems a bit washed out.

Work with the second one.

• Change the text to something a bit more professional/businesslike than Comic Sans (I think?).
  
  
• Widen and mirror that Gateway bar and only make it say "Gateway Interstellar" once?
  
• Also, on that center bar, if you're feeling adventurous, maybe make it a fade into that solid color from both sides? Not sure if you know how to do that or not. Of course if it doesn't look good, don't bother but just a thought.
  
  
• Another fun thing you could do is instead of doing the fade... extend the bar along the top left and bottom right respectively and put the names of the ships in there.
  
• Lower and Lift the ships respectively to get them centered in the "open space" afterwards.
  
• Also, don't, don't, don't ever resize an image without locking the "scale" (height vs width %), never turns out right..
  
• Maybe also put in the names of the two (three) captains? ("The Ismay Brothers" is fine if you would rather that too.)
