While the signature did not break any rules before, the lack of third party hosting caused your signature to take up over half of the page. Until the problem is fixed, I'll have to revert those images to links. ~Inferno

The cutie mark is hardly visible, and the image is improperly sized, and the forum's auto-resizing is really bad.

Here's a resized version for the forums that doesn't have such jaggy, pixelated edges. Can't do anything about the cutie mark for you, though, I'm afraid. Imo, the old IC media from the Snak3 era was much better, tbh.
