Yes, He was carrying Cardamine today and I attacked, his ship was small and fast and hard sheilds of extraordinary power. I am thinking Transport grade. Needless to say, Manuel left taking his drugs with him.
Engaged Monstar this evening with the assistance of RM candidate Gohan.
After long tiring engagement, Monstar's ship was destroyed, although he first managed to destroy Gohan's ship.
I was unable to find Monstar's pod. I am unable to explain this, but it simply was not amongst the debris. I fear the madman may have cheated death.
I must give due credit to Gohan. He stayed in the fight much longer than i expected and dealt Monstar several good hits. I daresay his efforts made it possible for me to win this one, although he had to cool his heels in space in his pod till i was done..
I do not have the authority to admit Gohan into the RM, but am advised by Gunther Rall that he will personally take the issue of his admission up with Admiral Hiltraud.

I hopped into my bomber and set out fom New Berlin for a short patrol and simple transferal of some confiscated weaponry. As I undocked I was hailed by Dieter Schprokets. He informed me he had a new candidate for RM; one Gohan. I gave the confisctated weapons; 3 Nomad Blasters from Wilde vessels. Dieter and I then did a duel for Gohan to observe. After a very long and difficult dogfight Dieter in his Wrath was able to catch my bomber with a well placed Nova round. I was safely ejected, seeing it and knowing I wouldn't be able to dodge. Dieter has excellent piloting skills. Unfortunately the replacement RHB had to be shipped from the storage out of system, so I am grounded for the evening.
About Recruit Gohan:
After a good lengthy discussion and giving simple testing with orders and direction. I recommend that he be given a commision as Wrath pilot. After reviewing reports on his involvement with Monstar, and his skills have been heard of in bars in a couple systems already. This is a good sign and I look forward to flying with him again. I have offered 1 million of the credits to purchase his NCC, or if he requests a fresh vessel of similar class I will also purchase said vessel.

Subject: Temperary Vacation
An old friend of mine, who goes by the name of Luc McCloud* has shown up here, and were gonna go on a tour of the galaxy (He has yet to see what I've seen), so I am on leave, and will be onboard the Relentless, His Kusari Destroyer. I wont be in Rheinland for some time, but he will bring me to rheinland should anything serious happen.
*Luc McCloud is, ah, "special" and didnt want to go by his name due to the fact that he had many enemies. Instead, he developed the alias Shalashaska, and worked under that. Realizing he was not in his old galaxy anymore, he abandoned his alias rather recently. I didnt know that he was Shalashaska for some time, as I never seen him in person save from when I salavaged his ship from being burned in the atmosphere. (I'm making an RP story for Luc based in the Freelancer universe. Just give it time:)). Long story short, were best of friends, and now that he has a steady flow of cash, he wants to see the Galaxy and needs an expert Navigator. Therefore, he called upon me. I figure I need a vacation as well.
I'll always be a jump away from Rheinland, so contact me if ya need assistance. I know this galaxy like the back of my hand:)*looks at back of hand* oh wait.... Thats new.

Seems Rheinland has become very popular as of late, as a force of GC, Blood Dragons, Bundchu, and LWB were engaged infront of Planet New Berlin today.
I launched from Planet New Berlin to find 2 gunboats and a Ravens Talon fighting Jack Archer, Gunther Rall, and Erich Hartmann. I engaged one of the Gunboats, Moonraker, on sight. Target was flying a Dragon Gunboat, my novas doing extraordinary damage to his hull. His ship was soon after destroyed by Erich.
We engaged the second gunboat, a Bushido, his shields were strong and he moved quickly. A NovaPG Cruiser then came in to range, but we continued fire on the Gunboat. Jack giving it the final blast. We moved on fire on to the Cruiser, his hull strong. We were having trouble dropping his defenses. Just as the cruiser was on his final bit of hull, the the pilot retreated back to Sigma 13.
During our fight with the Cruiser, [Wraith]Shadow came on to radar. [Scythe]Blade not to far behind. Though I chose to fire apon the last Bushido in his Ravens Talon. Target was destroyed quickly afterwards.
We engaged the two fighters, the NovaPG Flagship, Kana Kieko, came on to radar not to long after. The bombers moved on to the battleship, Gunther keeping the fighters off our back. The battleship was stronger then the rest, it took time to get its shield and hull down. Just as he had his last bit of strength, he retreated back to Simga 13.
We engaged the two last fighters, both were hard to make contact. But we fought on. After several minutes of combat, [Scythe]Blade's ship self destructed due to what our reports show as a fuel leak. With Shadow still on our tail, we continued to fight. Miles Cadre then came on to call and his shield began dropping. Both him and Gunther doing major damage, the bombers hitting with what they could. On the last pass, my novas made the direct hit and his Saber was destroyed.
New Berlin is safe, back to patrols.
