Hermanos, the time has come, I am an old man, and everyday I get older. It is time for younger hermanos, with more fire in their blood to move up and take charge of the Brotherhood. So in that spirit, I formally announce the promotion of Centurion Juanez Buonocore to the rank of Elder and commander of Brotherhood forces. I will step down from my position, as has been the tradition of the Brotherhood for all time, and take a supporting role, giving advice and help when needed.
